EpikWiki to MediaWiki conversion

Goal

Replace the current epikwiki web site to mediawiki format. I hope the more open nature of mediawiki will help the growth of the lazarus documentation.

Phases

1. Move all existing pages to media wiki format
2. Check if all pages are converted correctly and all original contributors properly attributed.
3. Add new pages and possible restructure current pages.

Future enhancements (wild ideas allowed)

1. Systematic translations of pages (after all the wikipedia is multilingual too).
2. Import / export of fpdoc pages, so that the wiki can be used as doceditor.
3. Off Line Documentation?

• Improve formatting of Cross_compiling_for_Windows_under_Linux#Configure_your_fpc.cfg
• What to do with the user notes of CrossCompilingForWin32UnderLinux? For the moment move them to Talk:Cross_compiling_for_Win32_under_Linux.
• Improve formatting of Installing Lazarus. Move user notes to talk page.
• Improve formatting of Lazarus IDE ToDo List.
• Convert Personal Page, not just formatting, but also procedure.
• Finish formatting of the Code Conversion Guide.
• Finish formatting of Lazarus Faq.
• Convert FpArchive
• Lazarus Database Tutorial
  • Add listings to Database Tutorial (See bold TODO).
  • Add Mysql Example Screenshot link.
