Should we have non-FOSS projects here?

Some projects listed here aren't even offering trial versions for download, but blatant advertisements like

only, proving few value to anyone who's browsing the gallery. FPC/Lazarus is a free development tool, not a free marketing tool, after all.

That page is not only a showcase for other people to promote their programs, but also for Lazarus/FPC to demonstrate its usefulness as a development tool. In the latter context, whether a project is free/open source or not does not really matter.
