Free Pascal already supports Solaris. If you have Gtk 1 installed on Solaris, to make Lazarus work on it should be a question of simply compiling it with make clean all. --Sekelsenmat 15:34, 31 October 2006 (CET)

The main problem for Solaris is users and testers. Building it on Solaris won't be that much of a problem, making sure it is used, so that no bit rot occurs is necessary. Vincent 22:51, 31 October 2006 (CET)
