I think it would be better to order the new features the other way.

New Versions of lazarus should be added at the top.

e.g.

new features since 0.9.28

new features since 0.9.26 - Thanks for thinking about improving the Lazarus release plan. It would be better for you to add that information to the talk page, instead of changing the release plan. About your changes, updating the wikipedia entry should not be done by the Lazarus team, wikipedia should be written by an independant party, not by the Lazarus team.
