Thanks for adding the TortoiseSVN instruction at Getting Lazarus. I wouldn't classify them as minor changes though.

One good thing about being new to something is that questions constantly pops up - "How do I do that?" and "Where do I find information about this?". Then it's perhaps easier to see what needs adding in the docs. I'll try to update the Wiki docs as I go along with Lazarus. :)
An yes, you're right. It's better with the command line section first.
