There is no description of the "Reversed procedure completion" section. http://wiki.freepascal.org/Lazarus_IDE_Tools#Code_Completion
Somebody append it please.

Please do not create pages where no sentences have been translated, for instance Special:Diff/121649 (or just a single sentence BGRABitmap/ru). Also, the whole “page under construction” is really bad style, in general. Please omit the whole “page is being translated”-stuff.
