Is this article necessary? I found an article "https://wiki.freepascal.org/sMessage/de" and there is also a page listing all the directives "https://wiki.freepascal.org/local_compiler_directives".
But for some reason its name uses the letter "s" instead of the "$" symbol ("sMessage" instead "$Message"). I would use the dollar symbol as in this article, since you won't be able to find the directive without it.
In general, I'm not sure that pages are needed for "one-line" examples.
